…so what! where does one go when you don’t eat cheese but can keep up like the energizer bunny? (no pun intended) but seriously. i wanted to start a resource to stay in touch/on track with ideas, information, events and even people who maintain a sports lifestyle and support a eco-friendly, vegan consciousness. i’m an amateur athlete who’ve most recently taken up cycling by way of duathlons. triathlons….maybe in 5 years —when i learn to swim. but honestly, its vitally important to stay abreast to breakthroughs in nutrition, equipment, etc. in efforts to stay healthy and improve. enjoy.
